Yukiwa Dance Jigger
All Barware, JiggersThese look just as good in person as they do in the pictures! These Yukiwa Dance jiggers stand out as a true work of art and craftsmanship. They’re well balanced and flip easily, polish to a mirror finish, and feel as luxurious in hand as they look. They measure 1oz and 1.5oz but lack any interior markings which I think is due to their unique shape. Lets be honest though; you aren’t buying this jigger because you need your hand held on a 3/4oz pour! They’re impressive and beautiful. I get more comments about this jigger than just about any other piece of equipment or asset I have! 😏$49.95- Absolutely stunning design; I get tons of comments

Yukiwa Silver Hawthorne Strainer

These traditional Hawthorn strainers look gorgeous and are just as classy as everything else made by Yukiwa. The strainer is light and classy. I’ve personally had this one for over a year and it became one of my favorites.

Yukiwa Silver Julep Strainer
All Barware, Strainers
The best thing about this Julep strainer from Yukiwa is that it's one piece. It's embarrassing when you're behind the bar and the inexpensive spot welded julep strainer you picked up falls apart, right? Don't let that happen to you! It fits very nicely on the mixing glasses we sell and like all things Yukiwa looks fantastic. It's made of Japanese 18/8 stainless steel and is manufactured in Niigata, Japan.
This version isn't plated like the gold version. It's 18/8 stainless steel so it’s fine in your standard high temperature dishwasher. Given the choice I still hand wash my tools but this one will stand the test of time.

M-TAKA Silver Yarai 85cc Bitters Bottle
All Barware, Bitters Bottles
These seamless glass bitters bottles look great behind the bar or on the shelf at home. They’re cut with a beautiful Yarai pattern, look stunning, and add a heavy dash of sophistication to your kit. If you’re a huge Harry Potter fan like I am they’ll make you feel like you’re mixing up a real magic potion. Who knows, maybe you are? 😉
Beyond being my favorite looking bitters bottle it’s also quite functional. Being 85ml it’s perfect for often used bitters like Angostura or Peychaud's. Because of the long tapered stem it’s comfortable to hold between your fingers in a variety of positions and flip for a dash.
The dasher top uses a cork seal and unlike some others that I’ve used the cork doesn’t come off after being refilled a certain number of times.
$29.95
- Stylish and functional
- Yarai pattern cut into glass
- Comfortable to hold and use
- 85ml capacity
- Made by M-TAKA in Japan
- Apply consistent force when dashing. Don’t be too gentle or forceful.
- Don’t let the bottle get almost empty.
- A common mistake is to flip the bottle over quickly as part of your first dash. Don’t do this! It traps an air bubble and makes your first dash really small. Instead, tilt it over a bit slower making sure there is no trapped air. Don’t worry, the bottle won’t leak but it will ensure your first dash is the same as your subsequent ones.
