Can I combine discount codes with sales?

Nope, sorry! Discount codes are only applied to items that aren’t on sale.

I’ve got over $125 of products in my cart. Why is free shipping not being applied?

We may not be offering free shipping right now. If we are, sale items don’t qualify for free shipping. If you’re still having an issue chat with us.

Do you sell wholesale to businesses?

How quickly will my order ship out?

We usually ship the same day so long as the order is placed before 3PM CST. If an order is placed on Sunday it will ship out on Monday.

When will my order arrive?

That depends on what shipping method you selected. We send out tracking numbers right after shipping and make it easy to check up on the status or your order. Just got to My Account. If you didn’t create an account don’t worry! We still email you the tracking number. If for some reason you didn’t get a tracking number please email us at

What shipping options do you offer?

Currently we offer USPS shipping but FedEx will be coming online shortly.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but depending on where you’re located shipping rates may not be cheap.

My packaged never arrived! What should I do?

We aren’t responsible for any shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities for claims made with the shipping carrier. Please call the shipping carrier you chose to resolve the matter.

If for some reason the package is returned to Tatiana East we’ll contact you. When that happens you can choose to have it sent out again for the corresponding shipping fee.

Can I return an order?

Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order for a full refund. The item must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging. Exchanges are considered on a per item basis. Shipping to and from your destination is non-refundable.


We accept returns and exchanges of holiday purchases if notified by January 16. The item must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.


All sales of bitters and sale items are final.

My order is damaged! What should I do?

We make an effort to ensure that every product we ship is in good condition but please understand that damage can occur during shipping. If you received a damaged item please email us at within 5 days of receiving your order so that we can resolve the issue quickly. Please include a picture of the damage so that we can forward it to the courier.
