If you’re a Harry Potter fan, a pumpkin lover, or you’ve ever been to Universal’s Harry Potter World you’ll probably love this drink. At Universal you probably wound up with an orange bottle that had a pumpkin cap. That’s right! The Pumpkin Juice! It’s delicious but definitely too sweet so I worked my magic and came up with a version I think is perfect. I hope you enjoy it at your next Wizards & Witches party!
In a shaker combine:
2 oz Crop Pumpkin Organic Vodka
1 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Nocello Walnut Liqueur
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Add ice and shake. Strain over ice into a tall glass. Garnish with dehydrated pumpkin. A lemon peel will work fine as well.
If you'd like this pumpkin cocktail to be a bit sweeter just add a bit more simple syrup.
Also, if you decide to dehydrate pumpkin soak it in simple syrup before dehydrating. It will give it a light sweetness and make the pumpkin into a delicious garnish.
